Our mission is to cultivate world-class talent through hands-on training, cutting-edge technology, and real-world industry exposure.
Audio Canopy Institute is dedicated to providing comprehensive audio post-production training to empower the next generation of audio professionals. We aim to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world practice through hands-on experience. We want to build a community of Highly Skilled Audio Professionals in Gujarat to cater to the booming market of the Gujarati Film Industry and to cater to outsourced work from established Bollywood, South Film Industry and International Film Industry.

Treehouse Studios has been a leading Audio Post Production Studio in Gujarat, since it’s inception in 2019. Darshan Shah, the Founder of Treehouse Studio has over 8 years of experience in the industry and has won several award for the Films and Documentaries he has worked on. Darshan has completed his Master in Film Scoring programme from Pulse College, Dublin and was awarded First Class Honour Degree from Dublin Institute of Technology. He also has studied in the International College of Music in Malaysia, where he was again awarded with the First Class Honours degree from the University of Wolverhampton.
Darshan Shah was awarded Best Background Score Award for the film ‘ Hun Iqbal’ by ‘Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards’, in Mumbai. Treehouse Studio’s work in Sound Design has also won the ‘Best Sound’ category in ‘ most acclaimed International award ‘Asian Academy Creative Awards’ in 2022 for our work for the National Geographic series ‘ Snakes SOS’. Our client list is expansive and we have worked on projects Nationally and Internationally.
Recently, we worked on a Gujarati Super Hit Thriller Feature Film ‘Bhram’. Entire Audio Post-Production was handled by Treehouse Studio. Our mission with this Training Programmed is to create a pool of highly talented Engineers in the field of Audio who can deliver Top-Notch quality work and have enough experience through working in our studio to jump start a revolution in Gujarat in the Audio Industry. With more and more students learning skills on DAW and wanting to pursue Music or Sound Engineering, Audio Post-Production continues to be one of the major sources of income for an Audio Professional in this age. While it being the most lucrative Industry, the skills for it are not easily accessible and our programme aims to provide all the necessary Skills to achieve it, by being the only one in the entire Gujarat to teach Audio Post Production.

Darshan founded Treehouse Studio in 2019, leading the way in audio post- production for the Gujarati film industry. He’s an award-winning music composer and sound designer with a Master’s in Film Scoring and a Bachelor’s in Professional Music. In 2023, he won Best Background Music at the Transmedia Awards for Hun Iqbal. His studio also earned Best Sound at the 2022 Asian Academy Awards for Snakes SOS.
Francisco Rios is a sound designer and media composer with a Master’s in Scoring for Film and Visual Media. He has worked on TV series, ads, and radio with global teams. His work has earned awards like IAA’s Best Sound Design for Dead Hands of Dublin and Cannes Corporate’s Best Music for MPac Group. Fran believes every project is a chance to grow and refine his sonic craft.
Yash Darji is a sound editor and designer with a Gold Medal in Recording Arts from Full Sail University, USA, and a Software Engineering degree from Gujarat University. With over 5 years of experience, he specializes in sound design for films, TV, games, and virtual reality. Yash has worked on projects across Hollywood, Bollywood, and the gaming industry.
With nearly a decade of experience, Swar Mehta is a seasoned Mixing and Mastering Engineer based in Mumbai. Formerly Chief Sound Engineer for composers Sachin-Jigar, he has worked with artists like Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani, and more. His mixing credits include Hindi films like Murder Mubarak and Saas Bahu aur Flamingo, as well as Gujarati hits like Aum Mangalam Singlem and Kutch Express. Passionate and collaborative, Swar is dedicated to crafting standout sonic experiences.
